Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Fishers North. Please read them before ordering, because placing an order means you accept them.

Who you are buying from

Fishers North is a trading name of Hagane group, MB, registered in Lithuania under company code 306393905, at Kretingos g. 15-3, LT-92217 Klaipėda. You can reach us at business@fishersnorth.com.

Placing an order

Adding items to your cart and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you a dispatch confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, whether because of a pricing error or an item that turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify's encrypted checkout and its payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery times, costs and what happens to a delayed or missing parcel are set out in our shipping policy. Estimates are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and a two-year legal guarantee on goods that are faulty or not as described. Our refund and returns policy explains both in full and forms part of these terms.

Product information

Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and reproduced in good faith. Photographs are illustrative: colours can vary between screens and between production batches, and accessories are only included where the description says so. If something arrives materially different from its description, that's covered by the legal guarantee above.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site fraudulently, attempt to interfere with it, or place orders on behalf of someone else without their permission. You must be at least 18, or have the legal capacity to enter a contract where you live.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for example a fishing trip missed because a parcel was delayed in customs.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this site belong to Hagane group, MB. Product photography is supplied by our manufacturing partners. Brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings there. Tell us about a problem first and we'll try to put it right. If we can't agree, consumers in Lithuania can refer the matter to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority at vvtat.lt.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
